We take your Egyptian degree, school certificate or personal document through every attestation step in Egypt and the UAE, then file the equivalency or recognition application for you. With our partner in Egypt, you do not need to travel to Cairo or chase ministries yourself.
Trusted Credentials
Why You Need This
The chain crosses two countries and up to five authorities. One missed stamp, a name that does not match the passport or a laminated certificate sends the file back to the start.
Our partner in Egypt handles the ministry and Egyptian MOFA stamps; we handle the UAE MOFA application and the equivalency or recognition filing. You deal with SWLT from the first message to the final certificate.
University degrees go to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) for recognition; school certificates go to the Ministry of Education for equalisation. We also tell you plainly when a step you were quoted elsewhere is not needed for your purpose.
We check name spelling against your passport, the university and ministry stamps, and the condition of the original before anything is submitted, because those are the reasons files come back.
What We Translate
Each document type starts at a different authority in Egypt. We route it correctly.
Bachelor, master and doctorate certificates from public and private Egyptian universities, for employment, licensing and MoHESR recognition.
Secondary and school certificates for Ministry of Education equalisation, school transfers and university admission in the UAE.
Al-Azhar school and university certificates, which follow their own attestation route in Egypt.
Experience letters and syndicate certificates for UAE employers and licensing bodies.
Birth and marriage certificates for family visas and school registration.
Certified English translation of the attested certificate for employers, free zones and use outside the UAE, by our MOJ-licensed translator.

The issuing body and competent ministry (Higher Education, Education or Al-Azhar), then the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
One digital application covers the UAE Embassy in Cairo and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We file with MoHESR for university degrees or the Ministry of Education for school certificates, and answer any query.
Your original is returned with the digital attestation and the equivalency or recognition certificate.

FAQ
Not for recognition itself. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research replaced the old University Qualification Equivalency with University Certificates Recognition and removed degree attestation as a prerequisite. Attestation is still commonly required for other purposes, such as work permits, professional licensing and some visas, so we confirm what your receiving authority asks for before you pay for any step.
School certificates are equalised by the UAE Ministry of Education, not MoHESR. The certificate must be attested by the education authority in Egypt and the Egyptian MOFA, then by the UAE side, before the equalisation application. We run the whole chain and file the application.
No. Our partner in Egypt handles the steps there with your signed authorisation. If a family member in Egypt holds the original, they can hand it over there; otherwise it is collected from you in the UAE.
Yes. Al-Azhar school and university certificates are attested through Al-Azhar before the Egyptian MOFA, rather than through the Ministry of Higher Education or Ministry of Education. The UAE steps are the same.
It depends on the document and on how quickly the university or ministry in Egypt responds. MoHESR states about 30 working days for a recognition decision. We give you a realistic estimate for your file at the review stage and update you at each step.
Usually not. The UAE MOFA does not attest laminated documents, so you would need a fresh original or a certified true copy from the issuing body. We arrange that request in Egypt as part of the file.
Not for UAE ministries, because they are issued in Arabic. Many employers, free zones and licensing bodies, and any use outside the UAE, need a certified English translation. Our MOJ-licensed translator prepares it once the attestation is complete, so the stamps appear in the translation too.
Digitally attested documents carry a reference number. Anyone can check them at verify.mofa.gov.ae using that number and the issue date.
